Doris’s Yoga Therapy classes are fun!! A ho hum ordinary class of strengthening, stretching and releasing stuck emotions is done with imagination! Today we did some dancing! Other fun activities in her classes have been waving or laying like a happy baby, flying like a beautiful bird, hopping like a bunny, riding a horse, moving like a penguin, standing like a tree, humming like a bee, swaying your hips in a figure 8 ever so slowly, riding a bicycle while laying on your back or simply laying in child’s pose relaxing as you are stretching your back and balancing your nervous system or ending the class being as happy as a cow before a soothing resting pose!!
