This free offer includes an in depth 40 minute assessment where we go deep into your history and issues so you are ready to move straight into a high impact session when you book a paid package. This initial consultation also allows us to meet and get acquainted with your needs and objectives based on your medical history, current conditions, and lifestyle.

I’ve never practiced yoga before. Can a beginner take a group class?
Yes, everyone is welcome to come to class. Variations of poses are given for different levels and abilities.
What can I expect a private Yoga Therapy session to be like?
We start with an in-depth consultation where we discuss your health condition/concerns, lifestyle habits and goals. With that information, I create a personal assessment for our private Yoga Therapy sessions that are customized to you. The private sessions can include a combination of lifestyle management, meditation, breathing techniques, yoga poses and goal setting.
What do I need for the session?
For Virtual Sessions (Zoom session) you need a space you feel comfortable in, a yoga mat and a strong wifi connection. For House Calls, after our consultation I will let you know what is needed.
How is a private session different than a group class?
In a private Yoga Therapy session we work one on one together on your specific needs. You get dedicated attention and follow up every week to make sure you are progressing, feeling better and reaching your goals. I am there for you, holding you accountable and giving you personalized support.
How do I schedule purchased classes?
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot refund digital goods and/or online courses and yoga class packages, nor can they be exchanged for other days. Note there are no refunds given for any reason for one to one coaching sessions with Doris.
