Left Nostril Breathing / Anxiety Breath

By understanding that each nostril connects to the opposite side of your brain, you can actually balance the two sides of your brain.

The left side is the moon energy: reflective, calming, cooling, female, nurturing. The parasympathetic system (left side) is rest and digest response, meaning it helps to lower blood pressure, decrease heart rate and encourage improved digestion and sleep.

Practice this left nostril breathing for up to 3 minutes or more.
