This is a new way up the wall Doris…..I love it!
It feels really really good!
It’s also an inversion. That means we get all the benefits from doing this pose on the floor sitting up or laying down and we get the benefits that you tell us all about when we work with you, one one one or in class, in a diff way.
Thank you for showing the last way to do this butterfly pose. I used my little pillow under my low back and it was perfect!
You have got to have an extra brain somewhere that you carry outside of your body maybe in your purse or somewhere where that allows you to retain all of this wisdom!! It’s amazing! I really mean that. So much sacred knowledge that u hold!!!
