Benefits: That pose improves balance, flexibility and it boosts stamina. Improves confidence and focus. It particularly strengthens your leg muscles, hip, core, low back, knees and ankles. It reduces symptoms of flat feet. Open and stretches the chest and shoulders. It stimulates your heart, diaphragm and abdominal organs.
O! Doris has done it again! She consistently, intuitively seems to know just what I need:) Thank you Doris! The only possible thing that outdoes your kindness is (perhaps) your competence! My ankles are gaining strength by this exercise and others after the recent, significant sprain–that’s a Miracle to me! And, my husband has a friend who is retiring early as he’s trying to avoid 2 knee surgeries; we will send him this link and hope he finds his way to wonderful, healing Doris soon!
