Neck and Upper Back Routine
This 10-12 minute sequence can be used to prevent neck and upper back problems. When you begin, do this routine for 4-6 weeks. Ideally, practice the routine 2x Daily until your condition improves. Then practice it 1x a day.
I’ve had a stiff neck and upper shoulders most of my adult life. Only now I realize how much healing I can get from Doris’ classes. It’s seems simple, but works miracles!
Aw, this was a very nice post. Spending some time and actual effort to produce a superb article… but what can I say… I procrastinate a lot and never seem to get nearly anything done.
I love these short sequences. Doris explains them so clearly and they are really helpful when you have a busy schedule.
I have been doing yoga classes with Doris since last summer. I have taken yoga classes and done yoga from a book. I have not seen the results from either the book or other yoga instructors. I was able to finish Doris’s yoga class during my bout with COVID(fatigued easily, headaches and sinus congestion) and a sinus and sore throat cold and felt better after her class than before. She is an awesome instructor and if you want to feel good take her class! You won’t regret it! If you can’t make her class then you get a replay! It is a win, win situation!
